Wellness Worx offers SMS based customer care notifications. Customers may opt in to receive these messages either in person at our physical location or over the phone when calling.
When registering for the first time customers are asked to provide their phone number. At this time staff will ask if the customer would like to opt in to receive SMS based customer care notifications. Customers are read the following disclosure:
By opting in consent is given to receive messages from Wellness Worx. The types of messages that will be sent include customer care messages such as informational updates and notifications regarding appointments accounts service inquiries and support requests. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. On average 1 to 2 messages per month. Text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time. We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your opt in data and consent will not be sold rented or shared in any way beyond what is necessary to provide you with SMS messaging services. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP we will send you a confirmation SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to join again simply opt in as you did the first time.
